Placement & Refund Policy
Effective August 24, 2026
What a bid buys
A confirmed bid is a one-time purchase of a ranked promotional listing. It is not a subscription and does not automatically renew. The listing normally remains the category winner until another eligible website completes a higher bid.
Outbidding
Being outbid is expected. The site remains in the global “Highest bids” standings at its current cumulative bid and keeps its tracked clicks, but it loses the category crown and any Emperor placement. Payments are not returned merely because a higher bid later wins.
Returning bidders and top-ups
Confirmed payments remain as bid credit for the same normalized website domain in the same category. If a site has $5 in credit, another site leads at $6, and the returning site bids $7, Stripe charges a $2 top-up. The public leaderboard shows the new $7 cumulative bid. Credit cannot be moved to another website or category, redeemed for cash, or retained after the corresponding payment is refunded or reversed.
Traffic and reporting
Category King provides a direct outbound link and public click counter. Click totals are informational and may exclude suspected abuse or duplicate activity. No traffic level, conversion, ranking duration, or commercial outcome is guaranteed.
Refund eligibility
Contact Dynamic Alpha LLC if you experience a duplicate charge or a verified platform failure prevents a paid listing from activating. Refunds may also be issued when required by law or at Dynamic Alpha LLC’s discretion. Removed fraudulent, unsafe, or prohibited listings are not normally eligible for a refund.
